Diabetes, it is one of the most dangerous diseases that people could have and can impede one's normal life. In United States, there has been an estimate of 16 million who were confirmed of getting diabetes and diabetes symptoms sad to know that there are 5.4 million people don't know anything about diabetes. This disease has increased tremendously for the precedent century and continuously multiplying the number of people suffering from it. It is one of the big reasons which cause the death rate in the U.S. every year. Do you know that fact? Would you still wait to acquire diabetes first before you get conscious about your health and wait for more complications to come? This article aims to give information and provide diabetes symptoms to everyone to become familiar and to wake up every people to live a healthy life.

Diabetes usually happens when the body is not producing sufficient insulin. Insulin assists starches, sugar and other body food to become our energy. For those who have high level of glucose or blood sugar it might be an indicator of being diabetic. Glucagons and Insulin helps human body to maintain normal degree of blood sugar or glucose. It is the one helps our liver to produce sugar originating from cells into our bloodstream for the energy production.

Here are some typical kinds of diabetes:

1) Gestational diabetes (jeopardizes pregnant woman's life)

2) Type 1 diabetes

3) Gestational diabetic issues

Diabetes type 1 and 2 can make everyone's life miserable and obstruct your normal life. If the breakdown of glucose completely stopped, our fats and proteins will substitute to function as producers of body energy. Malfunction like this will make some changes in our normal activities such as drinking a lot (polydipsia), frequently urinates (polyuria), change in appetite (polyphegia), over fatigue and a big weight lose. A person has a regular blood sugar if he or she has 70-110 mg/dl ("mg" stands for milligram and "dl" stands for deciliter) at the state of fasting. Based on studies, blood sugar lower than 70 mg/dl is called as Hypoglycemia and higher than 110 mg/dl is called Hyperglycemia.
